Supertime 2000 permits 999 classes, resources and subjects in one school. This
eliminates the need to define more than one school in most cases. However, where there are
two sections being held at different timings with different period setups, the need for
more than one school is obvious.
Supertime 2000 has provision to define upto 9 schools for an institution. Further, it
has an Inter-school option. This facilitates copying a resource (usually teacher) or a
class from one school to another with an option to make it unavailable in the periods
where he is employed in the source school. It is further possible to manipulate the
teachers' availability in both the schools. This ensures that he becomes available to more
than one school without a clash.
Supertime 2000 is offered in two editions - standard and professional. Both editions do
the periodic timetable setting. In addition, the professional edition, supports the day to
day mangement of absentee teachers and classes. This is popularly called the proxy
management.
Yes the price is all inclusive. Supertime 2000 can be ordered against a demand draft
payable to 'Supersoft' at Ahmedabad or by V.P.P. (Value Paid Post) in which case you will
pay the postman on delivery. Please note that bank fees for procuring a demand draft is
not included in the price and will be borne by the customer. Similarly when you pay the
price of the software to the postman for V.P.P., he will additionally demand M.O. (Money
Order) charges to remit that amount to Supersoft at Ahmedabad. This M.O. charge will
be borne by the customer. We use registered Indian postal service (not couriers) for
sending our Supertime 2000 package.
