This window facilitates Reports / Email / Web Update.

The components on the window are dynamically enabled as you make choices. For example, if you select Email, the message memo at the bottom gets enabled else it is disabled.

Filters radio buttons let you select the records that you want. And so do From and To Date(s).

For email, you should have an account on SMTP server and must be connected with it.

To conduct Web Update, you should have a Company website and must be connected to Internet.

Set your choices and proceed for Report Preview / Sending Email / Web Update.
