School is created by simply double clicking the school button at the top.  As you do this a school gets added to the grid. You can create upto 9 schools in this view. Each school can have upto 12 periods per day and upto 9 days per timetabling week cycle. On the left you can see the properties for the school. Two types of week setups are provided - STANDARD and GULF. The week starts from Saturday in the GULF setup. You can set the period setup for each day by clicking the ellipses to the right of Availability Setup.

It is furher possible to relate schools with one anoter with regards to the availability of common teachers and classes. And this works even if the schools have different commencing time, recess duration/occurence or period duration.
