This window enables you to analyse the timetable of a class or resource onscreen. It also facilitates setting the availability of school / class / resource. Buttons at the top enable you to know which periods are allocated for a particular class / resource / subject? Which periods are free? Which periods are not available? You can make any period not available in the timetable. WeekSetup button gives you a shortcut to setting availability. You can zoom from a period to the indent which requisitioned it. You can also zoom to any other window. |
